First off, the positives. The building is pleasant and well kept. The staff were friendly and the nurse I saw was professional.
There are some negatives. The entrance is around the back of the building and there are multiple doors. It could be tricky for some people to find the right one. The receptionist didn't check me in, so I waited a while to be seen for no reason

Awful rang and rang in a queue. Went in person they say they send a link so u can boom did and no that does not happen you are directed to the NHS. If u ring u can not get a appointment in advance only for that day I mean what the hey.then have a nerve to ask how was their service. I tell u .RUBBISH.i had to go in and get results she she nothing wrong only for me to read it and see there is am issue with my chest xray I wonder if they sick do they have to go through this idiocy of a procedure. I know under pressure but hypocactic oath and they don't seem to remember that. I'm all for paying what ur worth but where do u put money before a person's health

If there was 0 start would probably give it. They set up times for appointment and ending up waiting near an hour after arriving prior to appointment time. What's the point of appointment Times when they don't follow punctuality. Moaning and angry receptionist and policies when you arrive late for the appointment but when you are before the time and waiting that is fine.... no words. Strongly advice to AVOID!

I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews however I’m so sick and tired of the appalling service at Enki. I’ve had to resort doing this, if I was given an option of no stars, I would have rated them a bit fat zero.

St James medical centre merging with Enki was the worst thing that could have happened. It has just progressively gone extremely downhill since then.

Not only do I have to go through a stressful process of trying to get an appointment by calling 8am on the dot.
Only to be told, by a rude and unhelpful receptionist after waiting for over an hour on many occasions. That all the appointments are full for the day.

I’ve even tried the call back service, only to be left waiting for hours on end for no one to even call.
Oh then you have the online appointment option, where they give you an appointment in 5 days time or so.

I DO NOT call my GP for the fun of it, I’m calling because I have a genuine need for an appointment for the day I’m ringing.

Literally at the end of my tether with this surgery.
Some drastic changes need to be made, so that the needs of patients can be addressed sooner rather than later.!!!

I have not had a problem with the practice since I joined last year, the doctors and staff there have been very respectful and helpful to me and do their best to provide me with the care that I need. I really appreciate it, thank you to the staff at Enki.

The worst GP surgery, their phone is never answered, they say they open phone lines at 8 if you call at 8 sharp you are already in que of over 30 you hold on for 2 hrs still in the que.
If you call after 11 same story you can't get through, if you walk in with your phone on hold there are there on reception doing nothing and nobody on phone. This surgery really is not sufficiently serving the community. Something should be done

This is the worst Medical Centre in England if I could put zero stars I would
Reception are useless all they do is drink tea all day and tell patients to go online
The doctors are useless as well they rush you off nowadays no help at all
And ringing to get an appointment is ridiculous you'll be dead by the time you get one
The place needs investigating because the service is
useless !!!!!!!!
So glad I've left n all my family.

Dr Randhawa was the best Dr they had. Since St James joined its gone down hill. Random rude Locums who don't listen. Tried to complain about my level of care, it was ignored.
This is a sad situation. Drs there only care about their wages. Locums just want to ensure their placement hours are complete.
Where is the duty of care? I think they are slowly trying to kill people off.
