I've been coming to this place for years, from the reception staff the nurses, doctors, I've never had bad experience
The team are super fiendly explain and stuff in plain English.
Never felt embarrassed or nervous 100% recommend, when I've had appointments always in out in 30 mins, There can be a wait for walk in service but that's understandable

I am very disappointed and disgusted with the services as I had an appointment booked for 2:30 and they called me early because apparently they was ahead but didn’t contact me to let me know that was going to attempt to call earlier and as I am at work and do not have access to my phone I missed the call and have to wait to book another appointment for the following day I very upset and disappointed with the way they have dealt with me today. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Such lovely and supportive staff. I had a very positive experience with my coil fitting. I felt really comfortable and reassured and the nurse even held my hand while it was being done. Thank you.

Awful they carnt even get a phone call appointment on time and then they don't talk about the infection they gave me and only advice me to go to A and E. They tried to tell me I infected myself by scratching or somthing simmiler. Awful people and don't deserve there job

Had an implant stuck in my arm for over 6 years and today dr jewell and her assistant have managed to remove it today. I felt at ease the whole time and they were so kind and polite even nurse Joan was lovely . I can’t thank them enough and they reassured me through the whole process. Thankyou again!

Went there for general testing. Called the day before to check for appointments and as none was available, they told me to walk-in. Very nice and polite calls. They suggested me to come earlier than the opening time so I came 35 mins before the opening time (Wednesday is 9 am). At 9 a dozen people gathered in queue and they opened. I've beem directed to fill up forms via a touch screen. A very nice receptionist sent me then to the next waiting room. I seated for maximum 8 minutes and got called. In 20 mins did all the checks required. Everybody very professional and kind. Thank You!
