Very hard to get a face to face appointment, although I did manage to get to speak to an actual doctor after turning down an appointment with the chemist. It's always difficult to discuss intricate medical concerns in Birmingham city centre on the phone whilst working and discussing the same problem for the second time

I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted at reception. I clarified a couple of points about a previous visit snd the results from that, all done in a very slick and professional manner. I was also reminded of a further routine test that was due and was invited to wait a short period after my appointment to have the test done. Both the appointment and the test were carried out quickly snd professionally and I left the practice feeling very satisfied of a well managed service. Thank you

I had my appointment with Priya Jain yesterday . She was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable from the beginning to the end of the appointment. She offered the best solution for my health issue and I would highly recommend the clinic. I feel sorry for going to Private clinics and did not try the Yardley Medical Clinic first.

I had to keep calling. In total is was 55 times to get through for a appointment for my son. That was stressful. We saw Dr Wajiha khan and she is excellent. Very polite and thorough. Explained her findings and the treatment.

This has been my regular GP for the past 7 years. I've lived in multiple first world countries and received free medical care, but this was the worst medical service I've ever received. The receptionist send prescriptions to be approved by doctors who aren't even in, on holiday. It's almost impossible to get an appointment, especially for a taxpayer who isn't even on benefit. I always pay for my prescribed medicine and still they take ages to approve my medicine. Shame on this place
