Total waste of time and effort. I'm disabled in a wheelchair spinal cord injury tried to contact them nothing left messages no reply. We should protest its not fare life hard as it is and CCG is payed to help us but nothing but disappointment.?

Pull your fingers out and sort out all these so called general practitioners who act in a very unprofessional manner around Solihull and Birmingham.

I can name names. I know the covid 19 crisis is going on but the service is absolutely zero stars from me.

I just cannot get hold of anyone to speak to, or get a response from my emails. When I call it says that the mail box is full, or there is no-one there to take your call so please call back. What is one supposed to do. Poor service
