Worst GP in the whole UK. I recently contacted them for a test result that I have been waiting for more than 3 months. I told the receptionist that I am willing to retake the test again as it seems that the GP has lost my sample because I have never waited so long to get my test results. The receptionist got very angry and she hang up the phone. That lady at the reception is very rude and many people have complained about her. This GP doesn’t care about their patients.
I have decided to change my GP!!!

I’ve got all kinds of issues with this gp. Nurse (or a doctor, I’m not sure) was insisting on calling me Natasha, which is not close to my actual name. I had to correct him quite a few times be called correctly.

After a blood sample taken I got a bruise about 10cm long (i had no idea it was possible for a bruise from a blood sample to be that big).

Receptionist is nice, pleasant to talk to, but she told me the wrong date for the appointment. But it didn’t matter, because I never had a call from a doctor on that occasion anyway.

Pharmacy in this medical center is worth another review as well.

Avoid this surgery, the receptionist lure you in to register but it’s not very easy to find an appointment! I’d ring at 8am they answer then disconnect then I rejoined the list I’m 26th and the likelihood of not find an emergency appointment for my sick child is quite high always!
They are currently looking for new patients, if this surgery can’t manage its own patients why get more people who won’t be able to access a doctor?! It’s unfair and cruel

So shocked today an entire waiting room listened to the receptionist be so verbally rude, condencending and compassionless to this poor old lady. It most likely was because the patient was black and from a different country. We all heard her personal information and all together was sad to see. This is not even my G.P. Pathetic have a little shame. I hope you are treated like that one day when your in need.

I had a very unpleasant conversation with the receptionist just now. I had a call from them this afternoon and when I called them back to know what it was related to, the receptionist was screaming and shouting to me when I asked them where they were based to go to attend to the cervical appointment, just coz I didn't know that they were my GP at that time.

I have been working 10 years in a customer job role and I have never seen a bad attitude like that, specially when it comes to dealing with patients.

Worst centre and GP Ever. thses lot lie and deceive like ra*s. I booked an appointment on a week ago for today around 2- 3pm no called received. This fake "doctor" ( Shahid malik) apperantely called me today at 2:05 for my telephone appointment No MISSED CALLS IN my logbook therfore no one actually called me at the time. Lies on top of lies just for them to get over the job and I'm having the same issues with my hand for years because of their incompetence and neglect. c*ap service in all aspect.

Worst GP service around there. Have to call sharp 8am in order to make an appointment and that to take ages to get through and everytime when you get to number 1 in the call queue they says ,we're fully booked for the day.
What's the point in giving a call if that's what they have to say always. ?
