Starting from 1986 myself being a patient for Highgate Medical Centre(Frank Street, Birmingham) since then till now I've always been treated as a family member. From then till present time Dr. Pandit, Dr.Jui, Dr Farooq, additional doctors, nursing team, Sureya and the admin team and the receptionist team have always looked after us very well. My mum is currently having her treatment at this surgery and she has and is extremely happy with the care she is receiving from the whole team at Highgate Medical Centre (Frank Street, Birmingham). The receptionist team are very humble, soft spoken, understand patient needs and always go the extra mile to make sure their duties are fulfilled successfully which is. The surgery is well kept, clean, sanitising items in place and the environment is just like being at home (absolutely relaxing) Times are hard, cuts are in process but Highgate Medical Centre (Frank Street, Birmingham) have always been there and gave their 101% dedication and support towards their patients and the community. Highgate Medical Centre (Frank Street, Birmingham) you guys are the best in the whole of West Midlands well done team!!!!!

I was politely attended by the receptionists.

I have recently came from Pakistan. I had an excellent meeting with Dr S Pandit, who is very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. I was really impressed. Then I had few visits with Dr ms Jui, and found her very energetic, helpful and polite. She discussed my disease in detail. Then their pharmacist Dr Tayyaba explained me my medication and diet in detail. Found reception staff especially ms Najmun ul Nisa very helpful. I am fully satisfied with this Great practice with wonderful doctors and staff. I strongly recommend it . Keep it up please.

I have been a patient at Dr Pandit’s surgery for 30 years. He is the most conscientious general practioner. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and truly cares about his patients. Dr Farooq is a fantastic doctor. Sureya is an amazing practice manager. They are truly understanding, caring and welcoming, accommodating and friendly. I could not recommend their service enough. I am truly grateful.

I can’t recommend Highgate Medical Centre highly enough. Two generations of my family have been with them, and they have consistently looked after us with exceptional care. Dr. Pandit & Dr. Jui, and the entire staff truly go above and beyond to ensure every patient feels valued and cared for. The doctors take the time to listen to any issues. I feel very fortunate to have such a dedicated team looking after my family’s health over the years.

Well there I was ringing this surgery from Bradford for my mother who lives in Birmingham. After being on the phone for an hour and a half I was greeted by the screech of a woman. I polietly requested that my mothers appintment be moved an inch forward only to be told that was not going to happen. I was confused and baffled as to why this could not occur. I was told (like everyone else in this review section) to ring again at 3pm to book another appointment for the same date and time that my mothers original appointment was on. (Makes no sense). Then to also be told that I would not be guaranteed said appointment. Absolutley preposterous behaviour. I then questioned as to why it couldnt be moved and the response was "she doesnt need a medication review" even though the appointment was for a medication review. Sorry I didnt know doctors answered the phone No they dont thats the joke. Anyway back the moral of the story. The receptionist was rude and it was disgrace. I even went in person from bradford btw and they didnt have a complaints procedure, no email address for the manager as she "doesnt like to give it out". Can you believe that cos I sure couldnt. Transfer and run if you can because you would probably recieve more help on google than these people.

Cannot recommend this surgery enough. Took my children to see Dr jui today, she always goes above and beyond with her patients and makes them feel valued. Dr Jui is a credit to this surgery. Thank you

I'm so pleased and see the ligth at the end of the tunnel after seeing doctor jui for a condition I have for a long time. She checked me thoroughly and asked all the appropriate questions to find the root cause. I left with so much hope for the future with the medication she had prescribed. Thank you
