Terribly unprofessional attitude towards patients. The receptionists are rude and incompetent. I was told the wrong time appointment information several times, so I missed my appointment. I waited 50 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. I will request these recordings of the conversations to confirm their incompetence.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! My first time visiting. Arrived 6 minutes late to get my flu jab due to being asthmatic to be told the nurse had already packed up and went home as I wasn’t on time due to heavy traffic even though I had called. Rebooked for 8:35am the following week got there 15 minutes early and didn’t get seen too until 9:00am. How ironic, it seems the nurse can be as late as she likes but if the patient is fractionally late then you get turned away.

I have to say they have been unexpectedly great. The down sides are that it is difficult to get through on the phone and there are never any appointments to book online. That being said, every time I have filled in the online form I have had a call back within a few hours and the doctors have always listened and responded with compassion.

Terrible administration. The medical centre transferred my registration back to the Armed Forces without my approval and after I had left the Services. I had to resubmit all of the paperwork and chase it on numerous occasions before this got sorted. They then asked for my Forces medical history in Jan 20, after I originally signed up in Jan 19. These notes were handed over in person on termination from the Forces. Response to email is incredibly slow as some staff work just one day a week and there is no consideration towards any redundancy in the system, so you have to wait for that same person to be back in office. Communications often get ignored and complaints get a defensive response and no improvement in the system subsequently.

Absolutely awful. My last experience made me take out private health care. Went in with a slipped disc following a fall, explained the mechanism of my injury and my symptoms and was told, and I’m not joking, that because I’m a Scorpio (again, not joking) I hold a lot of stress and it was probably that. Obviously I argued this idiocy and eventually but begrudgingly they agreed to give me a scan after much persuasion on my part, and that showed a serious slipped disc. I now only ever return (rarely) for referrals to my private practice. The only one good thing is that they fully accepted my complaint and issued a full apology. But beware of this place.

Absolutely the worst Doctors surgery. Was on hold for at least 40mins. When the receptionist eventually answered, they were unable to help and advised will call back. It's been 2 days and not had a call back yet!!! It's a shame that I can't give 0 stars. Absolutely appalling.
