Thank you doc to recommend to see a dentist while I'm agonising with excruciating pain, no sleep or food and a flight to catch in 24 hours (no chance to see a dentist)
I normally would have gone to the hairdresser's for a teeth problem ...don't we all
What an invaluable piece of advice!!!

Worst GP I’ve ever experienced. Don’t review prescriptions, or takes over 5 days to send them to through to the pharmacy, avoids calls with patients and sends text messages so we can’t respond.. certainly need to leave the practice and would recommend no one registers!!

I arrived before the appointment but the receptionist was busy handling the patient in front of me. By the time it’s my turn, it was already past my appointment time and she told me off right at the spot that I was late and made a face of impatience.
Another time when my partner finished her
appointment, the receptionist did not follow up with her and only told her to go home. My partner had a burning fever and had no idea what to be expected.

I genuinely like how the practice is treating me so far. I feel they are considered and efficient. I've never had to wait too much in the waiting room. Doctors have always successfully solved my issues so far. I also like the terminal they added to automate the waiting queue. Also, the receptionists have always been very kind to explain to me what to do since I'm still new to the English healthcare system. Everything is manageable via the NHS app. Ok, it is not the best app but I can book appointments and request my repeat prescriptions.

I shouldn’t really give a star, but there’s no option try to make an appointment they asked me to do it online and they have issue online not call them back then I’ve got an appointment way back. Communication receptionist doesn’t know what they doing.

Can’t book appointment over phone. They said to go online for that.
After filling online form - we will get to you within 48 hours.
Convenient! Why does this establishment exist? What purpose? To pay money to nonsense receptionists?
Whenever you get to doctors, the old fleet of them is good. Dr. Alena Chong, Lindsay Salmon… but I’ve also visited few new ones and they are not that good.

The gp has become terrible. I have been with them for 9 years and always been good, never had an issue. Since recently it has deteriorated to a completely incompetent and useless place! Most members of staff have left, good doctors who were helpful and understanding are not there, lovely and knowledgeable receptionist lady has left as well. Last time it took them 3 months of time and 3 times to refer me for an US (1st time sent request and was cancelled, 2nd time GP didn't put the details of what type of US it was, so the hospital asked for additional information 3 days later, and then the gp didn't reply to them for 8 weeks! till I phoned the hospital and found it out and then called the GP again to ask them to send the details to finally get me appointment! and only 3rd try to refer me worked!). Some of the receptionists didn't speak English well to understand me over the phone before and gave me answers which made no sense in terms of the conversation.
Nothing is sorted, no regular blood tests referrals any more as they have no time to sort them out! We are still waiting for months to get a paper for a blood test. Went there last time to ask for it and was shown a whole pile of papers and documents to say that they are very busy sorting them all out and so we are not the only ones to not be given the blood test, two weeks later still nothing.
no way to get a regular prescription on the app, no way to get it over the phone as 15 minutes into waiting time and I am still 5th in the queue as before. E consult is the most strange app to deal with. No appointments ever available any more, none done over the phone. Need to change the GP as it has become too much of a problem.
