Poor standards of care - 0 hand washing before touching patients. Also, career will test the water temperature with bare hands from the bowl used for patient care!
Unreliable careers - 1st morning visit at 11am (previous visit was 7pm)
Unprofessional - do not know your mobility needs or your history.
Careers will make inappropriate comments and leave you crying while documenting happy on their booklet.

Shocking management, management shouts at you if you mention social services, carers not Reliable, carers and management are not reliable and lie to you, make their clients cry, carers don’t do the jobs they get paid to do.

Don’t go to this company at all!!!!!!!!!
