I have been seeing Robyn for over 2 years and after addressing initial chronic lower back pain, have continued to see her every 4 weeks to maintain minimal pain, which we have done between massage and exercise. Not only this but she has significantly supported my breathing after asthma attacks and opened up chest through release of tension. She is professional, friendly and supportive, a total star ?

I injured my back at work 6 weeks ago with what I thought could be a career-ending injury and had constant lower back pain. I was referred through work to Total Therapy Christchurch. It was really close to home (I live in Southbourne) and had a handy car park at the back. On my first appointment I saw physiotherapist Joe Fentum and he was absolutely brilliant. He was friendly and reassuring and really listened to me explaining all my symptoms. He fully assessed my range of movement and got me doing loads of stretches and exercises I didn’t think possible, as well as giving an amazing back massage. He gave me really helpful exercises to do at home, which he demonstrated clearly and watched me do at the appointment. Now after only 3 sessions with Joe I am completely pain free, have full range of motion and am back at work without any problems. I would 100% recommend Joe (I already have to all my friends and family) and would definitely come back to see him if I have any further back issues. I would give him 6 stars if I could!

I found Dr Richard Barton via a Google search, found that the reviews were good and, as I was not in my home area and was really in need of some work on a trapped nerve and neck pain, I tried him out. What a nice, approachable guy! Very knowledgeable, friendly, experienced and vitally, made me feel *so* much better after just one session! Very highly recommended.

I absolutely love coming here, I have acupuncture done with cara, she’s so lovely and it’s always a pleasure going to total therapy, it’s not just an appointment where they take your money they really get to know their clients, amazing results if you have lower back issues.
