This was a really outstanding service! The challenge was to bring my severely mobility-impaired mother-in-law 250 miles from one care home to another, and the guys who carried it out could not have been more prompt, thorough, practical, courteous or people-friendly. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dale and his colleagues are an amazing, well coordinated, professional, reliable and informative team. My 95 Mum was brought to Suffolk from Northumberland with full support and tremendous care. I was informed of their progress throughout the long journey with updates.
I can't recommend EAMC enough. Thank you to everyone for your reassurance and for making what was a challenging task very smooth and easy to achieve!

We cannot thank you enough for your speedy calm kind support booking our transport on 13.5.24.

The team were absolutely perfect - from the very early 6am answered call making the process very reassuring to the prompt arrival for pick up. The thorough medical checks and assessment regarding suitability to travel were excellent and very diligent.

The entire experience at this stressful frightening time was made with immense knowledge and understanding, and with no sense of needing to hurry was also calming. The extra kindness and dedication we felt was second to none and we feel the team transferring us went above and beyond any usual medical experience.

We are now under the care of the GP and we feel the exceptional experience on the journey was very much part of the overall ability to stabilise the situation ready for the next medical steps.

You are a very special team offering a wonderful service and in the very nicest way we hope we don’t need to see you again - however it would be the greatest pleasure if we ever did!

Patrick and his team were absolutely brilliant. They stepped up big time helping my obese disabled son by transporting him to his new home when all others I contacted refused to help because of his size! My son was at ease with these strangers through the whole process and welcomed the input from his physio therapist. In short they made the journey into a happy stress free beginning to the next stage to his independence. We can't thank you enough. We highly recommend you all!!
