My brother is now not severely underweight and he is going to a day centre and interacting with people and properly dressed and washed and flourishing now he has the right care. That care wasn't here. They said he wasn't autistic he was just manipulative. Discharged him to flats that didn't suit his needs. He then nearly died of heart failure caused by his malnourishent. He went to Bethlem Hospital and now lives in a fantastic care home. Glad you are out of special measures now, but this was all done when you were rated ""outstanding"".

This place needs to be fully investigated as there is racism going on within the workplace. The staff who work here are clicky. A very tiny amount of permanent staff are black or Asian which proves they don't want ethnic minorities working there on a permanent basis! Also at the back of the building there is a stained glass window with a black woman slave which I find very offensive. I would not recommend working here if you are an ethnic minority unless you want to be bullied at work or want to have your shift changed last minute affecting your plans or you would like to be constantly stressed because the staff and the managers do NOT support you when you need help. If I could give 0 stars I would.
