I hear so many bad stories about different surgeries across greater Manchester, I always.feel grateful that I have been part of this surgery since birth and my daughter the same. Dr Kreppel is an excellent GP; given his extensive experience dealing with variety of patients over the years- his diagnosis and prophylactic treatment is on point. I am an insulin dependent diabetic and his decision to put me on few prophylactic treatment is on point. Appointments are never a problem and he's always polite, responsive and listens to all my problems at hand and has immediate resolutions too. Kudos to him and the surgery staff - great team.

I have been with this surgery for many many years. DR Kreppel is an excellent doctor very thorough and listens to your needs. He cares and doesn't rush you which is so important. I feel so relaxed when I speak to him.
I deal with Dr Molyneux when Dr Kreppel is off. He also is is a great doctor who is thorough.
The whole surgery is amazing from the receptionists to the nurses.

I have had this gp surgery since birth. They looked after my nana keeping her alive years after she was told she was going to die by Dr krepple. My uncle has a rare condition and krepple got the care he needed. Dr molyneux is brilliant he listens and is more in touch with modern medicines he helped in getting myself diagnosed with autism when other resources failed. Only criticism is that all go appointments go through online my gp and even If you ring all they will do is put it through my gp after trying to deter your first. That's no good for the elderly or vulnerable people who can't use the app or dont have an email address or a smart phone.
That's why I couldn't decide between a 3 or 4.

I've been with this surgery for over 40yrs my husband 76yrs we wouldn't change for anything everybody in the surgery treat you with respect, the Doctors are all marvellous couldn't ask for better,

I'd give a zero rating if it were possible, Dr Kreppel is without doubt the WORST General Practitioner I have ever had the misfortune to have encountered. I suffer with complex combat PTSD and have donedso forfover 15 years, Kreppel is completely unempathetic to my needs and sees patients as nothing more than bodies taking up his precious time.

I have today obtained forms to transfer to another practice away from such a contemptible excuse for a doctor and I'll be reporting him to the General Medical Council at my earliest opportunity 👎

I've used this surgery for about 8 years. The staff have always been wonderful, helpful and thoughtful. The addition of a new doctor in the last couple of years has been fantastic.
