I asked to see a GP, they will do.everything in their power to ensure that dosnt happen , usually a giving a telephone conference with a non doctor... and if you insist on a face to.face , you.must also insist on seeing a doctor , other wise you will not get that end up.wasting your time ...

I've been told to goto A&E or call the NHS line if it's a medical condition I'm concerned about ...

They are not particularly helpful in my case

Absolutely APPALLING wait period on phone. Started 5 in queue then 4, back to 5, then 4, then 3, back to 4, then 3, then 2, back to 3, then 2, back to 4, then 3, then 2, back again to 3. Gave up after wasting 35 minutes to get through as I've said ABSOLUTELY APPALLING

I have been here for about two years now and found it very frustrating
to get my medication tablets increased.

The Doctors say that they are clinical physiatrists which clearly they are
not , the staff say the doctors are mental health doctors clearly they are
not.

I have now been discharged from this place Thank god.
