Terrible !!!!
If you want to ring ANOTHER call centre over the health of you and your family and be told to ring back after ten, as this line is for those who are ill. Emergency’s (the call handler then elaborates; like coughs and colds then SSP is for you!!!
Clearly my daughter not being well and likely anemia again is not a health issue it deals with. I only wanted to establish what medication she had previously so we could buy the same before we fly abroad.
It’s protocols re calls are crazy. Suppose people need new jobs / hours of work to work round you.
No appointments either. SSP you are terrible !

Terrible practice, which is getting worse. I have diabetes and every time have blood test no one comes back to you regarding the results.
Dr Hussain is one of the only doctors who seem to care.

Practically the most useless practice operator; I am unfortunate to be under their care, the last three years have been nothing but stress, anxiety, miscommunication, and running in cirlces. SSP Health is lucky they do not operate in a private market, they would not survive, their service is appauling, they provide zero value to patients. If you see a GP operated by SSP Health, try to find another GP elsewhere, I cannot not recommend them enough.

I’ve been with this GP practice since the very beginning but then it went privatised under intrahealth. It then changed to SSP healthcare and has gone downhill since then!! I don’t know what they’re doing to the staff there apart from leaving them to do the work all alone as we’ve gone from having a nurse, nurse practitioner and at least 2 GP’s In surgery to having less than half that!! We have now lost our best nurse of over 30 years as she’s moved to another practice in the same building that’s partner run! We then lost our longest staying GP about 4-5 months ago and now we’ve lost the last 2 GP’s that we had so that’s 1 fantastic nurse and all 3 GP’s!! We now don’t have a GP only locum doctors!! It’s absolutely disgusting and no wonder you can’t get an appointment for weeks unless they want to see you!!

It was very good early days and I have always given good reviews,but it's so bad now,the practice I go to most drs seem to have left ,I was told come back if the antibiotics don't work so have to wait 3 weeks now for appointment

Stopped all Warfrin clinics in Boothstown area. Have tried to contact on several occasions. No answer
When I managed to take a call was told the elderly gentleman I support would have to make his way to Tyldesley. Not a possibility for him. Said they would call back regards home visit. No call back!.
Called the sport village today regarding warfrin clinic and the lady on the desk quite frankly was condescending and abrubt and not much help. Untill I asked for her name then her attitude changed.
Not what you expect when all you are trying to achieve is the bèst outcome and care for someone you are trying to help.
Come back Intra Health never had any probs with them.
