Clinic is amazing! I was worried about rejoining here after my pregnancy due to seeing some negative stuff online but I can honestly say they have been absolutely amazing with me and it just goes to show that you shouldn't always believe everything you see online. I was told they have a full new team since I was last receiving my medication and I can tell the difference already! I never had any issues previously, sometimes communication was slow but that was all. Communication is 10x better and the staff are lovely... especially Danny he has been a great help, really informative and always gets back to emails really quickly. He goes above and beyond to help patients like myself. I couldn't recommend this Clinic enough.

ZERENIA have looked after me very well since I have started with them. I am on my second prescription so far and I haven’t felt this good about myself since getting it. It has been like a huge weight lifted off my shoulder when I got accepted to try medical cannabis!

I have ADHD, and I find that cannabis helps me loads, so this has been a massive help. My doctor listened to me and been very helpful, he gave me the Sativa's and Indica’s necessary to medicate me correctly and I’m very happy with the medication supplied.

If you are able to join up with Drug Science Project 2021 then go for it. You could save money on prescriptions and you very well maybe helping others in the future too; by sharing your notes and collecting data for more people to hopefully get medicated properly.

All in all I am happy with the services and quality standard of everything. I have had great results so far. It is well worth the money they ask for if you want to feel naturally medicated in your life.

Sent me another persons private medical history.
Sent me moldy weed and never replaced it .
Sent me the wrong order and type of canabis ie liquid oral canabis when i smoke weed not eat it . I ended up smoking it by mistake and put my health at risk and they didn't replace it so they done me out of £120
They charge to much for appointments and keep changing prices . Staff is lovely but clueless at what they are paid to do . Weed is %100 but all of that was enough i left the clinic had enough of them . Worst out of them all so far take my advise and leave i found a better and cheaper clinic and i have never been so happy leaving this clinic no joke they have not a clue and they robbed my money threw there own mistakes and didn't fix or replace the issues they made . And anyone saying there grate etc etc or just over excited about getting weed . ZERENIA CLINIC IS A JOKE ! 1 mistake after another there just money grabbers and clueless docters making mistakes and not so much as an apoloy as sending other peoples private info is a serious matter never mind the rest of it .

Initial review:
After being recommended to speak with Zerenia I've received nothing but exemplary care.
Nervous about trying a new kind of medication I was walked through the options and asked for my own thoughts and input. I have regular reviews to discuss the medication and the care is led by the Dr with a great deal of input and feedback from myself as the patient.
Very happy with how the care is going so far.

April 2023 Update:

I think it's only fair to drop the review score in light of the situation at Zerenia at present. The service levels have dropped dramatically unfortunately. The team are trying and are still pleasant to deal with.

November 2023 update:

Wow. What a drop off. Absolutely disgusting company, avoid at ALL costs.

May 2024 update:

Personal circumstances meant I couldn't find another clinic during 2023 when service levels fell through the floor.
I'm happy to report an improvement in to 2024 with things getting back to what I'd expect. I've also learned to live with the service levels being what they are. It's a crowded space with many options for clinics. Not sure Zerenia would be one of the better ones but at least they seem to be trying again.

Having used Zerenia for around 6-9 months now for medical product. They are very good at what they do and are very helpful. Nothing is too much for them. Had slight issue of postage to Northern Ireland but was sorted with a couple of days.

Highly recommended and prices are reasonable and product from pharmacy is quality.

I am very happy with the service provided from the Zerenia team UK. It’s been two years in searching for the right clinic for me and I feel I have found mine. The initial telephone call was so nice, I felt the patient coordinators were really compassionate and caring, time was not a problem to discuss my needs and answered all my questions confidently. My consultation with the Dr was also a very caring, and thorough experience, this reduced my anxiety levels about the process. Within seven days of being accepted into the clinic, my medication was delivered to my door. No fuss, no drama! In the delivery from dispensary. This is highly important to me as it’s a game changer whether I return. Highly recommended clinic 🌟 to note: my life has massively changed since having this medication legally! I have been a medical patient for over 3 years now and joined Zerenia 6 months ago.
There were a few initial hiccups but the service being provided is of a high standard. Any requests are dealt with in a timely fashion and I have recently been provided with a travel letter for going abroad and this weekend I am going to an outdoor one day music festival and have been provided with a clinic letter and copies of my prescriptions.
I would recommend Zerenia clinics to anyone.
