I wouldn’t recommend getting your lashes done here. I was grateful when the lash tech Elle managed to squeeze me in for eyelashes but the customer service was abysmal.

When I arrived she was 20 minutes late to start my appointment. I was annoyed but thought okay, she did squeeze me in so I let it go. I went into the room and she was very cold to me. I was getting my lashes done for about 2 hours, during this time she left the room 4 times to talk to her colleagues. I tried very hard to have a conversation with her to pass the time but she brick walled me and was not interested in a conversation. She would also shout over my head into reception to talk to the other girls about other clients. As well as this she was constantly replying to peoples texts whilst doing my lashes. It was an awful experience. 2 days later my eyelashes came out in clumps. I went back in to get them fix. I thought okay maybe last time was a one off and this time will be better. It was not better.

I went in with my husband so he could witness the customer service. When I arrived she was sat getting acrylic nails put on AT MY APPOINTMENT TIME! She made 5% more effort to have a conversation but that lasted 2 minutes. She shouted over my head again multiple times which was startling. She was also constantly on her phone and I heard her text her colleague which made me feel I was being talked about. She was also scratching my face with false nails and was like oh sorry they’re not shaped. They shouldn’t have even been on in the first place as it pushed my appointment time late again!

Overall it was so so so bad. They eyelashes looked good for the hot second they were all there. My old lash tech retired and I miss her, when those lashes fell out they fell out with my actual eyelashes attached. These fall out constantly.

She also complained whilst I was there about how she’s lost so many lash clients. I hope this review will educate her and the salon as to why. It’s a cost of living crisis and I paid £40 for this ‘luxury’ service which didn’t deliver.
