I took my 13 year old daughter to see James at YPC regarding a build up of wax in one of her ears. James was absolutely brilliant with her and explained everything in detail and in a way she could understand as she is autistic and struggles with comprehension. She was very apprehensive about the procedure at first but James immediately put her at ease and in no time the wax was removed with no pain. Their treatment room was spotless and will very happily use them again.

I took my 6 year old grandaughter to get her ear wax removed she was very scared and nervous, James was absolutely amazing with her, he was ever so kind and patient with her and thoroughly explained everything about what he was doing step by step so she fully understood before hand and she felt calm. I would very highly recommend him, if I could give a higher star review than 5* i would. We will definitely be going back again.

Had my earwax removed by James and I am really happy with the results. I had started to develop pulsatile tinnitus in my right ear, I could hear my own pulse constantly. This has completely gone after James removed the wax. My ears feel completely clear now. I would highly recommend going to see James if you're experiencing this. I know it's not nice to look at but I just wanted to attach a picture of the wax that came out of my ear just to show what this service can do for you.

Brilliant service! James was quick, thorough, professional and the hygiene levels were immaculate. An absolutely disgusting ? ear wax plug was auctioned out of one of my ears and can’t thank James enough. Absolutely 0 pain and really thorough care. Thanks James and I would highly recommend.
