Recently went through the diagnosis process with the ASD team and was told I was to recive a SOC (Summerary of Care) about a week to two after the appointment. I need the SOC to be able to seek assistance from other places, but unfortunately, even after 6 weeks of waiting, I have still not received my SOC or any written confirmation of my diagnosis. In addition to this, the only way I can contact the ASD team is via an email address that is quite slow at responding to mail. I need help, but I can't receive it due to Your Healthcare CIC.

No continuity of care , no communication within the MDT and does not turn up on planned scheduled Home visits. The HV ask me to give them a second chance which I did and still failed in the care we did not receive.It is a breach of care to mothers, babies and their families. If I declined their service I would be referred to safeguarding .

We have had the pleasure of being assigned Anna as our Speech & Language specialist for our son. She has gone above and beyond to benefit the development of our son, working with us and the school to educate and promote his development, continuously demonstrated her expertise and knowledge in her specialised sphere, all while remaining compassionate, patient and understand towards myself and my wife throughout the whole process, explaining and talking through the options available and steps to take to offer our son the best opportunities to support his development at this important young age. We can not speak more highly for this amazing woman. Thank you Anna.

Im giving 1 star for the simple fact that I have a health visitor who has gone completely MIA on me. As a first time mum I have had questions and have tried reaching out to my HV with no answer. Calls texts, voicemails and nothing. If she wasn't at work fair enough, but surely workloads are passed over to another HV. If I were to refuse a HV service, I would be questioned but when you can completely forget about patients and not keep them informed; that should be accepted and an apology made and all is forgotten? Im really disappointed in the service and know that I am not the only one lately who has had issues also. When I can eventually speak to someone, I would like to discuss this further.
