I am giving a 5 star to the reception staff. Most often I cannot get through by phone as most people find at 8 in the morning. However each time I go into the surgery the reception staff go above and beyond to help me. They need to be commended and recognised for their empathy and professionalism and care. They really want to help and I know they deal with so much as frontline staff. Please pass on my thanks because every single time I’ve been into the surgery, nearly in tears these lovely girls have sorted things within hours. I know healthcare is in dire straits everywhere but there are still people who care and you’ll find it on the reception desk. Thankyou

Terrible system for booking appointments especially for those that are without ONLINE experience - shocking and i will be publicly writing my complaint. I live in Sussex and ravelled to Rowley to help my dad to make his appointment 2 days and still in a queue!! I am no 41 in the queue!! we physically visited the centre with my dad and was told to visit between 8-11am to make appointment. we did and then was told to go home and dial the number!!! i am still holding! absolutely appalling!!!

Currently number 58 in the queue to speak to a receptionist about getting my brothers medication reviewed as he hasn’t been seen by a doctor since beginning of Septemberwhen he was given new anti seizure meds! Dreadful practice obviously taken on more patients than they can actually care for.

Only giving 1 star as no option for no stars.
Every month they mess up my epileptic daughters repeat prescription.
Leaving her days without mediation.
Don't try to call on average I'm on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
I've reported them to the QHC please please don't join this doctors

Cannot book on line appointment for far to long ahead. This is a dreadful service.
Will complain to my MP. I suggest everyone does the same. The clinic has an awful reputation, and has done so for far to long

I like to contact my actual doctors not the call centre due to have a 4ur old boy who blind and suffers with epilepsy and catches infections quickly from ppl which then he as more seizures, it's no good at all if you have really poorly kids who needs to see a doctor..

Awful doctors! Tried getting an appointment kept getting fobbed off. So I changed to a different doctors. ( lucky for me I had a more local one to where I live) I phoned explained that I have recently moved to their practice. They gave me an appointment straight away. Phoned on Friday got an appointment on Monday afternoon. All I can say is this doctors is not fit for purpose! If your able to I would do my try and get into a different doctors.

Had no appointment for a wheezing child. Surely, you should have an appointment available for patients with red flag symptoms.
