I required a PEME medical assessment as I work for Royal Caribbean International. As soon as I came into the clinic I was handled with respect and care. There’s nothing more nerve racking or unusual than getting scans and samples taken however I was made to felt at ease by the team and they made sure I was comfortable and aware of what to expect. My appointment was for 10am however as I was travelling into London I arrived a little early and got taken early which was great for someone travelling who had a train later in the day. The process took around an hour and I was out of the clinic before 11am, and to stress this wasn’t due to it being rushed. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

Couldn’t have had a better experience at YEHS. Would especially recommend to anyone who requires seafarer medical tests. Dr Buluro was lovely made me feel so comfortable the whole time. The receptionists and nurses were also really helpful and lovely.

Always organised and on time, booking process smooth and easy. Nick is always polite and kind.
