Lucky to have Youles in Chorley, I couldn't recommend them more highly. The staff are really friendly and the pharmacists go above and beyond. I am extremely grateful for the help the pharmacists have given me and my baby on multiple occasions.

Very professional and courteous service. My suitcase containing majority of my medication went missing !!!!! This pharmacy were able to source and deliver my medication in 2 days. {a medication not stocked}. Their understanding and swift action was appreciated. I can not express my gratitude enough to all the wonderful staff at Youles Pharmacy. I contacted them feeling very distressed due to an issue with some medication (GP issue!) The staff have bent over backwards to offer me their expert advice and were instrumental in helping resolve an issue that was causing me great stress.
I highly recommend their practice. The staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient.

This pharmacy is so much better now it’s been taken over by Youles! Fast service, prescriptions are always ready or are very quick to be made up. Staff are great. The pharmacist in charge is super friendly.

Very poor. Claimed that my prescription was on long term delay so couldn't get it. Went back to my previous chemist and they got the item in 3 days. So couldn't be arsed obviously.
