I started yoga with Georgie at 14 weeks pregnant and just finished with my baby of 8 months- what a journey and I loved every second. Georgie is absolutely gorgeous with the most calm and loving personality which elevates her amazing classes. They helped me in so many ways and I’m so grateful and will be back when I have my second. Thank you Georgie for an amazing 15 months!

What a lovely group class run by Georgie.

I did both pregnancy and mum and baby yoga with my little boy; the class was a lovely size and Georgie really made everyone feel welcome and relaxed and comfortable with whatever they needed from each week's practice. During pregnancy yoga it was the most special time to bond with unborn babe. And Georgie wasn't afraid to pick up the odd baby when a mum needed some time to focus on yoga!

The baby-focussed elements of mum and baby yoga were so fun, and gave some really good ideas for how to move with baby at home.

Thank you Georgia for such special memories of my pregnancy and early weeks with baby boy.

Georgie’s classes are so wonderful. I did both pregnancy yoga and also the mum and baby yoga. Being able to spend an hour of quality “me” time during the pregnancy yoga was just so valuable, time to escape my older children and focus purely on myself and my new baby. I always came out of the classes so relaxed, and it felt so good to stretch in a safe and pregnancy friendly way. Georgie picks out wonderful poems, affirmations, readings and which she shared with us and really helped with creating a positive mindset both for birth, and parenthood.

The mum and baby classes had a great mix of yoga for mum, yoga for baby and relaxation, and Georgie creates such a supportive environment that there is no embarrassment if your baby is crying or upset, and often she’d step in and help soothe them. The baby yoga I used multiple times at home if my baby was upset or had tummy ache and it really helped to relax him.

I can’t recommend these classes enough and Georgie is so knowledgeable and lovely. Precious time bonding with my new baby, and also giving my body an amazing stretch and some needed TLC.

I started pregnancy yoga at 16 weeks and continued up until a week before my baby was born. It was the perfect way to spend a Monday evening. I met some lovely mums and have made some friends for life! We meet regularly for cake and to discuss the highs and lows of being a mum and support each other.

Pregnancy yoga equipped me with the skills I needed for labour; staying calm and breathing. Each week Georgie offered us some lavender oil to help us relax, so when I was in labour and the midwives offered me some, I was instantly transported to my safe space and felt relaxed. Without yoga, I don’t think that I would have been as calm, during labour, as I was.

I took a few months break before going to mum and baby yoga and I’m so glad I went back. I was not sure at first; worried my baby would cry and disrupt class - and you know what, she cried but it didn’t matter one bit! Georgie is a master at teaching with all the baby noises going on, isn’t bothered by crying and will happily hold baby for you, if you want a little break and to stretch.

Georgie is a wonderful person and exceptional yoga teacher. For every stretch, she offers variations, so it doesn’t matter what your skill level is, you’ll get something from every class. Yoga with Georgie made my pregnancy all the more enjoyable. If you’re pregnant, why not try a class, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

I joined YogaBellies with Georgie with my tiny baby and it was an absolute lifesaver. Just to get out the house and have a bit of me time (despite having baby with me!)

No need for any prior experience, don’t worry about screaming babies either it’s completely relaxed and chilled with anything that happens because everyone is there together.

Georgie is attentive, an expert in postpartum bodies and getting you to relax.

This class is brilliant and I 100% recommend it to anyone and everyone locally!

Thanks Georgie - I do miss you x

I started Georgie's pregnancy yoga class at around 14 weeks, and loved it so much I continued all the way through my pregnancy... in fact it was after my last booked class that my first contractions started and my baby was born that week! It made Monday evenings so special and lovely - and I looked forward to them every week. The classes were also super practical for reinforcing hypnobirthing techniques - from breathing to positions which I utilised during my labour.

Not only were the classes amazing - it was a fantastic way of meeting other likeminded mums to be - I met some of my closest mum friends through yoga and can't imagine the last 12 months without these ladies.

I've also been going to Georgie's Mum and Baby yoga classes for the last 4 months and will continue until my little one starts to crawl. Unlike other "baby friendly" classes, Georgie actually includes babies in the weekly practice - with baby massage, sensory stimulus, toys, poses etc for babies to enjoy. It's one of my favourite classes because not only do I get to stretch (much needed these days!) But it's such a special bonding time with baby.

Georgie could not be more helpful, approachable and all-round gorgeous human if she tried. Always happy to give advice or signpost and help us new mamas (and mamas-to-be) out when needed.

If you're considering Yogabellies with Georgie... DO IT!

I’ve only just started but can wholeheartedly recommend. Within moments of entering Georgie’s class I felt comfortable, far calmer and more connected to my baby than ever.

I find it very hard to relax generally due to having a toddler and running my own business but taking this time for myself has already been a game changer. I wish I had found for baby 1!

Love these classes! Pregnancy yoga is a brilliant way to stretch and exercise right up until the end of the third trimester, and also a lovely way to connect with your baby before they are born. These calm, relaxed sessions helped me to feel comfortable and energised in my pregnant body, and are definitely suitable for yoga novices. I made some wonderful friends as the class is really sociable, and we have met up a lot since our babies have been born.

I also attended a few Mum and Baby yoga sessions – it doesn’t matter if your baby needs to feed, cries, poos, throws up etc – there’s no judgement, and everyone is very supportive. There is a mix of yoga for the mums and massage/sensory/songs for the babies.

Georgie is so lovely, friendly and knowledgable. I was really grateful to have her calming presence and expertise during my pregnancy. I recommend YogaBellies to all my pregnant pals.
