Have no idea why someone on here would say such a disparaging remark as 'don't waste your time' - obviously someone who needs to understand the realities of hard worked, hard pressed dedicated nursing staff. I can't thank the nursing staff enough at Yeatman for treating my 96 year old mother who'd had a fall and post surgery and had so many issues that needed attending with patience, kindness and caring, particularly due to her stubborn and feisty ways. It is so reassuring to know such places exist for all of us.

Lovely food and kind nurses. Just has no real direction and no one really knows what's going on.
Notes are hap hazard with little communication.
They don't seem brilliant at rehabilitation of patience. I've not really seen great progress of any on ward.
Hard to plan for future care as keep changing mind on dates. Or one person says one thing then back track. Oh no that's not right or who said that?

I had my first experience of the Yeatman today for an appointment I was really dreading. The car park had 1 space left as I arrived for my appointment at ten to ten so on another day would probably need to park on the road somewhere. The tiny hospital is full of little corridors but the staff were very clear with directions so I didn't get lot. The receptionist was lovely and I felt a lot calmer about it all than I had anticipated once there as the hospital has a calmer feel.
The reason for my review is because I couldn't not highlight the absolutely fantastic practitioner I saw today, Dana. She was absolutely wonderful and not only put me at ease but gave me information I hadn't had before and really made me feel understood and listened to. I would recommend anyone to seek treatment at the Yeatman over ydh from my experience and I cannot thank the staff there today enough for all being so lovely.

The nursing staff are great! The physio team may also be good at their job, BUT - since my husband arrived for rehabilitation, we have been pressured and overridden in the rush to send him home early - before he can even get out of bed! It's been very stressful, and the lack of communication is appalling!

We have been pushed from pillar to post trying to get a knee replacement for my wife. Today at the yeatman she was at last treated like she was special! From the duty nurse, the radiologist through to Sam Heaton, the registrar. She came away feeling much better about herself and fully aware of the procedure. Icing on the cake, parking was £1 ! Yes Musgrove £1. And your waiting list is two years. Ours waiting time is 6 months or less!?

Have just been to this hospital this morning on a bank holiday with a bad foot the care and staff are absolutely fantastic nothing to much trouble very caring team from when you arrive during treatment and as you leave . Thankyou all

A really positive experience. I had an X-ray followed by an Ultrasound. The team were friendly, efficient and thorough. I am SO grateful for these good hard working souls, dedicated to helping others. Yes it is an Old building, BUT it is still providing the best care. We are VERY fortunate to still have an NHS.
