Moved to the area a few months ago and anxious about practice having read reviews, but all the staff have been both kind and helpful.

We have been able to see doctors immediately when needed, and within a short period for non urgent appointments.

Highly recommended!

I can't see a reason to keep this building open. Being in there a few times but this time was trying to renew my medical. I am professional driver so I have to do this every 5 years. The receptionist can't book me in and have no clue when my appointment will take a place. Showing me an option in Birmingham 80 miles away. Why not Scotland?

I was 4 minutes late on arrival with no receptionist on the desk on arrival , i sat and waited and after 5 minutes rang the bell and was told i was too late for my appointment, no understanding that i took the morning off for this appointment.
bitterly disappointing service indeed.
