They booked me for an ECG at hurleys', came to the clinic as scheduled but ended up waiting for nothing. I called them to check whats going on because I have been waiting for over an hour and guess what, Staff called in sick and DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO TELL ME MY APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED..

Xyla services were so helpful when we had to have my mum put into a care home. They assisted greatly with making the arrangements to move her from Surrey to Carmarthenshire where we live. I would like to add a special thank you to Debbie Turner who dealt with mums case and could not have been more helpful. A first class service.

Had a very bad experience with a therapist who spoke about their own life issues during our sessions and became very frustrated and verbally aggressive with me when I didn’t use a cbt technique properly during a real life scenario I experienced in between one of our sessions. I had sessions cancelled at short notice by the therapist and she got rid of me as a client after only a few meetings. She was judgmental about my anxieties and made me feel like I was a problem. I later got a different therapist through another service outside of Xyla, and I had a new therapist who was kind, professional, and understanding. A stark contrast to what I experienced at Xyla.

I have been attending a Diabetes prevention group 15 weeks with Xyla Health in Mk. What a shambles. 6 sessions in. 1 cancelled the night before. Today I drove 10 miles each way to find it cancelled. Up to about 40 people have taken time off work to attend. Complete disrespect. A different facilitator every session who contradict each other. I am sure the NhS are wasting a vast amount of money on this mess.

Xyla get a lot of health related services that are farmed out and its a good commercial model. My exposure was to their pre diabetes program. Generally it starts out with full attendance and steadily reduces. They take a lot of time to cover limited subject matter. I found it a bit like weightwatchers and at times butlinesque.. so a good business model with some health benefits

What an invaluable service CHS provide.
We were trying to find a care home for our Mum and because she was self funded no one would help us.
We wanted to make sure we found her a place which suited her needs so we did not have to move her again.
Bernadette was so helpful and understanding from the very beginning.
She did all the hard work for us, ringing round all the homes local to us to see if they could meet our Mum's needs and had space.
She organised visits for us and corresponded with the homes on our behalf.
Our Mum is now safe in a fantastic home which suits her needs very well as a result of all Bernadette's hard work.

I would not hesitate to recommend CHS to family, friends and work colleagues. I never knew CHS existed until a friend of my brother given me contact details.

CHS has taken all of the stress and anxiety away from me in helping source a good quality residential care home with availability for my dear mother.

Excellent service and take time needed to understand the needs of my mother.

I found CHS health care on Google after desperately trying to find the right care home for my mum. It was so distressing because each one we would pick to look at didn't have any vacancies and the ones that did were not very nice at all which made it all the more upsetting. From emailing them a lovely lady named Sarah Amison got in touch with me very quickly and put my mind at ease straight away as she was so caring. She sent me a list of all the care homes with availability in our area which took all the stress of looking and contacting to be told they had no vacancies away. She has helped us to find mum the most amazing place which has given us so much peace of mind. She has constantly checked in and got straight back to me if I had any queries and made the whole process feel like a huge weight has lifted from us. Thankyou so much Sarah and CHS, you will never know just how much we appreciate you!
