⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Holiday Club!

This was my son’s first time at the holiday club, and he had an amazing experience! He enjoyed a variety of activities, including soft play, football, badminton, swimming, drawing, and plenty of running around. He came home happy and exhausted from all the fun!

The staff were absolutely lovely—so welcoming and helpful. They made sure he felt comfortable from the start, even though he was a little shy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Good leisure centre. But, the steam room is often full, yet I've never seen anyone else in there with a sauna/steam wrist band?
They really need to do something about this, or maybe it free for all.
Other than that, Gym is fair (little busy at times), pool is fine, feels cold but you can get straight in no issue then it feels great, I like the steam room (when spaces).
The changing facilities are cramped when busy, the extra space ones are normally all taken, the lockers are good for summer but too small for winter standard kit bags haven't be squashed in (larger ones are like gold dust). Sometimes, have to wait for showers.
All that and I still like the centre and would recommend it.

The facility is nice and has decent equipment, but it is severely understaffed. Wyre Forest Council should not cut costs in a way that compromises the health and safety of everyone using this space. The site has a constant revolving door, allowing anyone to enter at any time, with inadequate supervision—especially considering the number of vulnerable youth present. The queues are excessively long throughout the day, every day.

My partner and I recently joined the gym and everyone seems very friendly and welcoming!

This place held my annual college tournament. The venue is perfect. Amazing pitches and very clean facilities. Great shower area and huge car park. Helpful staff.

What an absolute circus the swimming lessons here are!!
Way too many children in each group. The small pool is ridiculously overcrowded having 3 stages in such a small pool so much so that my stage 3 son couldn't swim safely across the pool without bumping into someone. My 4 year old did his 1st lesson in stage 1 and was left bobbing around swallowing pool water whist crying his heart out petrified. Teacher in the pool seemed oblivious, she didn't look much older than 15. The teacher on the side was too busy speaking to staff members to realise my son was struggling. I couldn't do anything as I was stuck in the tiny viewing area which was rammed full ovlf parents. After around 10 minutes of him crying they finally noticed and made him get out the pool ON HIS OWN even though he was in such a state they did nothing to help him. He then spent the rest of the lesson on the side of the pool dithering. Absolute joke. He's now scared to attend again or swim somewhere else. Trying to call and get a refund is almost impossible with no one answering the phones and when they do they say management will call back but they don't. Pool was freezing. Car park was rammed with no spaces and the changing room were full! Meaning having to stand cold for 15 minutes until someone had finished.
