I suffered from a bad eye infection right before my travels and was lucky to have found Dr Muhsen for a thorough video consultation during bank holiday (face to face is also an option).

Dr Muhsen was professional and explained my condition & prescription clearly. He made sure to answer my questions with patience which helped me feel more at ease given how frustrating and unexpected the infection was. He also wrote a detailed summary of the consultation afterwards which was thoughtful and a pleasant surprise as not many doctors do that.
My eye infection managed to gradually go down so I would definitely recommend Dr Muhsen to anyone seeking medical services in the area.

Dr Muhsen has been my parents' and my GP over several years. Our experience with him is very different in that its a much deeper level of consultation than with other GPs.
The admin staff are equally friendly and professional.
We especially appreciate Dr Muhsen's generosity and preparedness to explain in detail and in simple language sometimes using sketches for our better understanding of the symptoms and their causes and his proposed treatment. We have found this level of attention and information as therapeutic as having any medicine.

I’ve recently moved to the Guildford area and haven’t yet registered with a local GP. I had some worrying and serious symptoms where I wanted to get seen urgently, and I found Dr M through a google search.

He was very thorough in going through my prior history, listening to me describe my symptoms and what had been happening, and performing some tests. I had clear next steps - I’ve now been admitted to a hospital and am having further investigations done. I’m glad it wasn’t dismissed and Dr M took the time to hear me out and make sure I got the right treatment, as my symptoms could be a sign of something serious.
