Can never get through on phone, one day I had called 97 times and on another day the phone was ringing for 57 minutes then had the phone put down on me when do get through have a rude and unhelpful person telling you there is no appointments also have been in the surgery when they have been so rude to elderly patients shocking! The receptionist speak down to people and feel they can speak to people any way they want too depending on who they feel fit is worth speaking to. Have to say the doctors are nice and do try to help you if you can actually get to them
