The news section of their website lacks cultural and human sensibility and made me want to avoid utilising this company. All the more after reading the other reviews, both here and on Glassdoor, where people complain of toxic environment and unfair treatment of their staff.

I am a qualified counsellor who has been waiting to be paid for over 3 months when they should pay 45 days after the counselling is complete. I contacted them 3 weeks ago to chase and there is no sign of any resolution.

Very similar story to other reviews on here, where there is no phone number to call to resolve the issue, emails go back and forth but nothing gets resolved and you never get to speak to a person, despite me asking continuously for someone to call me back.

They have sent me information about payment for a different client to a different counsellor contravening data protection as "proof"they have paid me when none of the information relates to myself. Either there is no double checking of information, or they are very chaotic in their procedures.

I had recommended them in the past as I had experienced no difficulties with them, but until they pay me for the work I have completed as per our working contract, I simply can't advocate working with them unfortunately.

I've not been paid correctly for 3 invoices and emails are sent to me with incorrect information about payments. . A chaotic finance dept based outside the UK and no means to discuss anything over the telephone. I am totally fed up. This is an American company claiming to help employees with their wellbeing while being inefficient and uncaring towards those who work for them as counsellors. I see from other reviews that this is not the first time.

This is a disgraceful service provider. Do not take work on behalf this EAP provider. They do everything in their power not to pay providers, who provide services on behalf of workplace options. In particular their finance managers.

I have waited nearly six months for payment and am currently still waiting, my colleagues have had the same poor, undervalued treatment and all counselllors should be aware of being marginalised by this organisation.

I would score minus 1 if it let me. I’m an associate CBT therapist who has now been waiting since June 2019 for payment for work carried out by this company. Avoid at all costs if you want paying.
