My mother has recently spent a few weeks of respite care in Woodside Hall. The level of care she received was of the highest standard and she went home fully recharged. The staff are all very friendly and there were a good range of activities that she could participate in as well as excellent food. Although she is not ready to leave her home yet, she is happy knowing that Woodside Hall is somewhere she can go when she needs to.

My mother lived at Woodside hall for four years. We were very happy with her care. The staff took her individual needs into consideration and were attentive,and she felt safe.The room was clean and pleasant.The home provided a host of activities during the year.The clients and families were also encouraged to voice any concerns they may have had at regular meetings with staff.I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Whenever I visit Woodside Hall I receive a warm welcome. The home is always clean and well presented and the staff balance professionalism with a kind and caring attitude.

A very professionally run and caring place. The place is well maintained and the staff have a great sense of care towards those that reside. My dad went into hospital recently and one of the carers took my dad his phone in his own time visiting the hospital. My dad likes it at Woodside and really gets on with the staff who have only his best wellbeing in mind. Lovely place and set in nice grounds . Thank you

We had to stop for an emergency as our baby was throwing up in our vehicle. This nursing home was the closest stop. We asked if we could use their toilet to change our baby who was covered in vomit. I could see from the door that the toilet was for visitors and about 10 steps ahead of us. After about 5 minutes of waiting they refused to let us in using covid as the reason. We then had to change our 1 year old in the parking lot.
You would think as a "nursing home" they would care about people's wellbeing. Thanks for putting this place on my list of homes to never recommend.
