I have recently switched to this surgery as i moved home and honestly this surgery is incredible! The best I've come across to be honest.
The staff are friendly always welcome with a smile, it's easy to get an appointment, the Dr's and nurses I've seen so far have been great, even the pharmacist Anisa is so lovely, she actually took the time to really consult my issues and ended call with kind words which really switched my day around for the better 💕
I saw nurse Kerri as an emergency today, she was very knowledgeable, she made me feel very comfortable and made sure I got the treatment I needed so thank you Kerri and all staff you guys are a great bunch!

I have been left all over the weekend with no medication,I did an online consult Wednesday morning, late Fri afternoon I phoned the surgery 3 times to say chemist would be closed on Saturday,if Doctor didn't look at consult,the reception changed chemist so I could pick up sat ,it wasn't sent over,I have severe osteoporosis, and have been in such bad pain, I think this is possibly another fracture, this was really unprofessional and actually quite cruel,don't think online consults are looked at quick enough.............I must now add I eventually got my meds, I think chemist was as much to blame
......but still think consults should be quicker.

In my opinion better to not have a GP, if it takes a place a month to check a simple blood test, waste of tax payer money or charging for a simple medical history request. I really question where all our money goes when we cannot even use the facilities.

Note after the below reply, I called the practice early morning and mentioned I took a private blood test, and their were some concerns and was advised to discuss this with my GP, the colleague mentioned that it will take a few weeks before they even look at the result so decided to book with a private gp

Such a racist surgery had baddest experience everytime I went there. Didn't got appointment but if luckily got appointment Dr will never ever give u a prescription, ended up admitting my son in hospital who got hospitalised for 3 days and when my husband went to surgery to tell them they said "OK, well ur son is good now, we will see next time if we got any appointment ". What's this behaviour
After delivery, I went there for my extreme back pain, Dr said do exercise and u will be fine but after 2 years I m still in pain and I will never going back to this surgery.
I will recommend everyone who reads my review to better go to walk in surgery as you will get prescription atleast and don't get register in this surgery.

Dr. Warner's care for my elderly father was exceptional today. His warm approach and clear communication made me feel confident and supported throughout the process, as to the actions he was going to take, to help my father. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and kept me involved every step of the way. Thanks to him, my father is now on a path to recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Warner for his expertise and compassionate care, our sincere thanks to him.

I would recommend this medical practice to anyone.
All of the staff (reception staff, doctors and nurses) are helpful and I always feel that I’m being listened to and provided with the support and advice needed.

Wood Lane Medical Centre is a worse Gp surgery that we have used. I am very sorry to mention that we have experienced racism at reception and most of the elderly ladies work at the reception have an issue with colour people. Once I was there to book an appointment for my self, my wife and my daughter, just because I had to book 3 appointments I was told that “ you are a pain “. How can someone work at reception call a patient that “you’re a pain “. Every time I used to go there I used feel so uncomfortable with their attitude but there is a young English lady who works in reception is a good, friendly person. However we now change the GP and I am happy the new GP.

The GP is the worst I ever seen in my entire life. the never help you with nothing GP of all times very rude stuff, not helpful I well get out of this gp not good very bad people especially the manager is very rude
