The carer’s who look after my mum are very good and understand my mum with their excellent service they provide through consistency, and having the same carer’s each time , so getting to know mum very well, being professional and also very friendly .
A special shout out to Novelpreet, a carer of Woodhall Services, who is very professional and a lovely friendly caring young lady who goes above and beyond her caring duties in supporting the needs of mum.

Woodhall care services provide brilliant support. All staff and management team is so helpful, they do there best to dealt with all concerns from client side. Taking reviews from clients after start package is best things so client can discuss there problem any change in their care in review.

One star is too high.

We were given Woodall by Bradford council as they are the service provider in my Dads area.

He receives 3 visits a day and is vulnerable. We have been unable to attend due to holidays for around 3 weeks and in that time he has not been out of bed, not eaten, no one has checked to see if his food had been used to verify. In 3 weeks he’s lost weight, he’s had several falls and most worryingly he was laid in a bed with no bed clothes on, in his underpants, on top of a live electric blanket ( he’s also urine incontinent )

NONE of these concerns have been fed back to me, none of these have been mentioned in notes, just that he’s “in bed”

There is a huge safeguarding risk.

I will now be making a formal complaint to Bradford Council and the CQC

Avoid at all costs - these cowboys will put your loved ones at serious risk.

This company care for my sister, we have 2 that attend and have always been supportive in not overwhelming my sister with several careers. The people that come go above and beyond, they ensure all her care needs are met, they support her in every possible way, from personal care to emotional support, for her birthday they bought her the most amazing gifts, they always stay their time even when all is done, they never rush her, they never take her independence away, they communicate with us her family, and they always take those minutes to listen to her, make her smile, make her feel apart of her care. Not once have they failed, not once have they made us question, or ever left her feeling any other way than happy! My sister has learning difficulties and this was our first time with a care provider, and we had so many fears, but no longer do we have them. I would always recommend them. So thank you to an amazing team

Just wanted to thank Woodhall care for their exceptional care standards and work ethic. All the staff here are kind, caring and compassionate individuals. The management team is also very on board with taking patient feedback which helps make sure all patients are receiving the best care possible.

Woodhall Care Services have stepped in at short notice to care for my Mum. We have two carers, Yasmeen and Sam. They are both so lovely, kind and caring. They've made what is a difficult situation to feel much easier and helped us adapt to needing carers. The communication is fantastic and they are always punctual. We can't thank them enough for the care they've given to my Mum.

I realise that people tend to submit reviews when they've had a bad experience. I have done this myself on several occasions.
For once I can submit a review that's positive! All the carers my mum has had so far have been nothing shirt of amazing! For me they have been a lifeline. They've always arrived on time and treated my mum with dignity. I've never had a problem getting through to the office and any changes have been swiftly implemented.
Supportive and professional I would be happy to recommend their services.

My late mother had experienced a few care providers. The first was fine but the council moved her to Care Unique on Leeds Road. What a nightmare they turned out to be. We persevered with them but patience and complaining were futile. We eventually moved to Woodhall Care Services. What a breath of fresh air they turned out to be. I wish I could give them 6 stars. True caring as it should be. Thanks a million Woodhall.
