Worst experience. Every time, they just suggest going to a specialist or emergency services. If we always need to see a specialist, then what is the NHS doctor even there for? We’re paying thousands in taxes, and this is what we get. No wonder the NHS is collapsing. You go in for treatment and come out with nothing but frustration—that’s all the GP does.

Haha, they should demolish it and judge the flowers. They don't know anything there, I have a damaged meniscus, I was told to scan and come back in 2 weeks. I flew to Polish to see a real doctor. He did an ultrasound on the spot, injected acid into the knee, a special brace to stiffen the leg etc... When I returned to woodbrook I will show Lem ultrasound photos, the gentleman said he didn't understand what was there 😭😭. For me, the whole woodbrook is a big joke!!

As many said before. Can't get through the phone. They have appointments available in month time, but will not release my friends diabetes prescription until then so we have to call each morning just to listen to the ridicules "line busy"/no appointments for today rubbish. Avoid!!

Your didn't advised any resolutions to our problems. You said you increased the availability of appointments, (so you confirmed you can actually fix the issue), but you did it to the level so it doesn't make any difference to the patients. Great, thanks!
I don't understand your advise regarding app. We have it, but the issue is we can't repeat prescription as per my previous message. We need doctors appointments which we can't get. It means you registered more people that you can cope with, right? Medical Centres should be measured on the number of patients they refused service due to the lack of space/appointments. Such numbers shared across counties would help to understand how many more places are needed and I don't think it's ok to continue to ignore this issue "because elsewhere is the same". We all pay for this service and have to beg and get stressed that we can't get it. It shouldn't have to be like this! This is not normal!

I've been with Woodbrook Clinic for the past 5 years and never had a proper good treatment with my ongoing health issue. The staff are always look miserable, not welcoming, never smile, chitchat first thing in the morning, and don't pick up the phone. If I would be the health minister I would replace all the staff in the clinic. Some GPs do not care and lazy. Wasting so much time. The receptionist always looks unwelcoming miserable. It's hard to get a proper appointment. They want you to book an appointment online but no available appointment. They sent me a message to see the clinic to book an appointment but when you visit the clinic there's no appointment available face to face not until in 6 weeks time. Absolutely farce. I would never ever recommend this clinic to anyone I know. This clinic should be replace by new staff immediately because of poor performance and incapability to accommodate their own patients. If I could give minus 10 stars review here, I absolutely would.

Worst experience of contacting a doctor I have ever experienced. Go to great lengths to prevent you getting an appointment, and then spend lots of time justifying what reviewers are complaining about.
However, I can now book appointments online after that function was previously switched off, so have updated my review just hoping that this avoids the 8.30 marathon and spending an hour waiting on the phone

Always provide excellent service. Of course it is frustrating to have to wait 45 minutes to get through but that's not the fault of the practice but due to the amount of calls they receive. No surgery would not want to accommodate as many patients as possible. I have rang several times in the past year and always got an appointment (eventually) and the one time they were full up, I saw a wonderful nurse who sorted out my issue quickly. We were clapping for our doctors and nurses not so long ago; I think some people have very short memories. Maybe they should book an appointment and remember to be grateful.

Worst surgery I’ve ever been with. Impossible to get a same day appointment with the lack lustre phone system at 8am. Forced to book online and wait two weeks to see the doctor. I then get a txt saying my appointment has been cancelled due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’ Very very poor. What is the point of joining a surgery if you cannot get an appointment? If I could give less than one star, I would.
