Excellent service from Nicky at Woodbridge Complimentary Health Centre for myself but most recently my son. We have struggled to get anywhere with our GP service for a number of years and so decided to book an appointment. Intolerance testing was fully explained with a diet plan and time scales to support my son. His symptoms improved very quickly and Nicky arranged a follow up consultation but also email contact to check on progress, she answered questions very quickly and provided continual support. She has a very caring nature and has kept in contact as we move forward with additional health concerns with my son. Thank you Nicky

Nicky at the centre was very welcoming and informative. She explained everything in detail and asked appropriate questions. She was very understanding of my symptoms and provided me with a diagnosis during the appointment. She gave advice on how to deal with my diagnosis which has really made me feel so much better. I am no longer in pain and discomfort. I found Nicky very friendly. She was recommended to me and I would gladly recommend her to others.

I am so pleased with my recent visit here to see someone for nutritional advice and an allergy test. After my initial appointment and identifying the food I am intolerant to I went away and cut these foods out of my diet as well as being careful not to fill it with alternative processed food.

Over the three weeks my headaches and migraines had gone, I had more energy, less mood swings and generally felt well.

During my follow up appointment we were able to discuss what was going well and what I was struggling with. The lady went away to look into a few things for me and a few days later emailed me and advised I tried a certain vitamin. Since starting these vitamins a few weeks ago I have already seen the benefits.

After 15 years of going back and forward to GP’s being told a number of different things to try that never worked, I have finally got a better understanding of myself, have made the necessary changes and have never felt better.

I would avoid this company. I saw a lady here for allergy testing and was told I had an intolerance to wheat, eggs and cows milk. I spent several months removing these from my diet and paying a lot more for gluten and dairy free products. Symptoms initially improved but didn't last. I then went to the Dr's and had a 'proper' test done and I have no intolerances. Also I paid all that money to get some dietary advice and was given product names which had more saturated fats which I wanted to avoid. Was also advised I would be contacted to make a follow up appointment and they never
contacted me. Waste of time and waste of money.
