This might be the first time I’ve ever done a Google review for a place and it’s because I had the best blood test experience I’ve ever had 1) self check in super easy and the system with name on screen and calling you up was easy to follow and so quick 2) I forgot my paperwork but was assisted immediately by the helpful security guards and got a printout 3) my nurse, Soc, was brilliant!!! So nice, so quick & she got my vein the first time. I have ptsd from being poked multiple times as my veins are not visible. Very grateful for the positive experience towards something I usually dread! x

Had a blood test today and found it to be really efficient. I was seen on time and the person taking my blood sample was brilliant - quick but friendly and I can’t even feel that I’ve had a needle in my arm (it’s usually hard for nurses to find a suitable vein in my arm)! I have to say I feel for the staff here, doing back-to-back blood tests in a fairly compact LG space with no window. It’s not an issue for us patients popping in and out, but I do think it must be a tough day for the staff.

The nurse was lovely and took my blood with no problems.

The security guard on the lower ground floor is just an outstandingly rude unhelpful bully who seems to do the receptionists’ jobs. I might not want to share intimate information with the security guard in the middle of the waiting room.

If you ask the security guard a question, he stares you in the face and doesn’t respond. The information he gives doesn’t concur with the information given by the nurses.

Experiences like this make me a little happy I’ve just enough put away for a trip to Switzerland. The idea of spending my final days in the company of men like this security guard is just too frightening to contemplate.

I went there for a blood test, but I arrived late because I forgot the paperwork at home. Despite that, they were very kind and waited for me. I didn’t even have to wait a minute once I arrived. When I went in for the blood test, I felt faint at the sight of blood and almost passed out. However, my nurse, Soc, handled the situation perfectly. She helped me recover quickly and was incredibly kind throughout the process. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I had a wonderful experience getting my blood tests done. The process was quick and efficient, starting with how easy it was to book an appointment. The staff were polite and welcoming. The person who drew my blood was incredibly skilled—so quick and gentle that I didn’t feel a thing! Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience.

I would like to say thank you to the staff in the blood test area. I had my blood sample taken today and it was very good experience. Very smooth check in, referral printing and the nurse was fantastic! It was practically painless and very quick. Also very helpful security guard next to reception desk. 5/5 experience. Thank you!

I am giving this review because the diagnostic centre is a convenient quick way of having a blood test without going into a local hospital. However, on the two occasions I have visited this centre the phlebomtomists have shown very little skill and delivered two very painful blood tests, today being the worst. For a bit of context I have had dozens of blood tests in the last decade and in hospital from my nurse specialist I barely feel a thing, leading me to conclude that because the diagnostic centre deals with a volume of patients the clinicians probably don't take the care they should. I will be thinking twice about where I have my next blood test. As things stand I have the start of what will be a big bruise on my left arm, this never happens in hospital.

Came for a round of blood tests. Very good, albeit not perfect service. Check-in very easy. Perhaps a 15min delay compared to scheduled appointment time, which is frankly, very very good.

Slight mixup with not being given the needed forms meant I was called into the test room twice, but this was quickly resolved.

The phlebotomist was very professional, and admirably efficient; took the blood in under 2 minutes, and was so skilled at removing the needle, I barely felt a thing.
