Wonderful sense of community. The staff really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and empowered. They take the time to talk to you about nutritional and physical health advice which is really helpful and motivates you to keep coming back each time, knowing you’ll be completely supported every step of the way along your health journey. Would definitely recommend this place as a gym and a general community centre as they cater to all health and social needs.

One of the best gym/ cumunity center I have been to.shab is the gym instructor that has been supporting me with exercise classes and counselling me with how to cope with my anxiety.shab is an amazing lady she always has time for you.and a very experienced gym instructor.

Disgusting place with very horrible & rude staff. I was enquiring about the gym and got spoken to with right attitude. Management definitely needs sorting out and the staff could definitely do with taking some classes for their attitude and how to act professionally. They talk about empowering women but turn them away as soon as they walk through the door, never experienced anything like it.

The staff are very caring. Also are helpful to the new members. They always greet everyone with a lovely smile.

Been comming to women zone for a number of years really friendly welcoming staff are really supportive currently doing classes with shabana very friendly very supportive its the best place to be if you want to improve your mental and pysical health i deffo recommended this place
