I was treated by Yolanda at the Dulwich clinic as I was experiencing post natal back pain and an extremely tight cesarean scar. I’ve seen many physios in my time but Yolanda is by far the best. Her holistic / whole body approach quickly identified the issues and began an effective course of treatment. She puts the patient first both in terms of the programme as well as the sessions themself and is incredibly caring, tenacious and collaborative with others. As a women’s health expert she has embraced the need to often treat me with my baby daughter in tow - she does what ever it takes to make the session a success - entertaining the baby while massaging me; treating me on the floor next to the baby. I trust her v much and am grateful to have found her for my recovery.

Very disappointed. Doctor arrived 15 mins late for my appointment and the admin staff did not inform me - I had to ask them to find out when she would be arriving.
Nobody, including the doctor, seemed that bothered. It’s a lot of money to spend and I would expect better service. I’ve been here before several years ago and had a good experience so this was a bit of a shock. Unfortunately, it’s put me off coming again.

After our first visit we really rated Grosvenor Gardens. From there we decided we would like to pay for a NIPT exam. On the brochure it states that these exams can be done at the earliest 9 weeks but it is recommended to do them a bit later to guarantee results. Knowing this, the reception team booked us in for the first possible day and the scan results came back inconclusive due to the early gestational age. When we addressed this with the GGG team, they said WE should have read the brochure more carefully and that WE should have told the reception team to book a later date. Not only were we out 350 for the exam that yielded no results, but the doctor never did return our phone call and had their front desk team email us to say she would be happy to retest as long as we paid again. It does just feel like a money grab. Really off putting experience overall and I'm thankful we won't be using this doctor as our primary for the remainder of our pregnancy.
