I am 18 weeks pregnant and just moved to the area and I am appalled by the service I am getting which is none. I have been trying to get a midwife appointment as I’ve not seen a midwife in 8 weeks this is not including my 12 week screening scan. I have called everyday for the last week and keep having to leave a voicemail I have had 1 callback which I missed and was 6 days ago and when I opened the voicemail it told me to ring the same number I had been calling for over a week that makes me leave more voicemails. Disgusting service and if I go to an appointment and there is something wrong I will be in touch with a legal team for medical negligence

Dropped off my neighbours samples, the receipents left me waiting while She was typing didn't even say won't be a minute. Very cold reception. Very poor quality for nhs

This gp has seriously gone down hill since Dr Merry has left/retired. I would avoid like covid/plague! Don’t question the receptionist if you want to be told your aggressive and terminate your call.

Currently 15.54 and the person I'm with still hasn't been seen for an appointment that was at 15.20. Would never leave my car in the car park as it's very packed alllll the time as well. Absolute nightmare. Glad this is not my Drs surgery and I feel sorry for all other patients.

This will be the first and last time booking an appointment here- had blood test for my boy at 8.20 booked and the lady at reception says they don't open till 8.30 for bloods! So why did I get booked for 8.20

Trying to book an appointment with them is near enough impossible and the receptionists are incredibly rude.
