Qualified Keyworkers & Prescriber well co-ordinated service, with a healthy balance of care, confidentiality, respect, encouragement & self-validated empowerment & safeguarding emphasized. Voluntary weekly group meetings available locally adapting Cognitive Behaviour Therapy tools to support substance use preventional key skills, and useful confidential feedback opportunity without the encouragement of any unuseful euphoric recall. In layman's terms, this facility works if you communicate, self assess your core values& behaviours & are willing to be honest, realistic, patient, brave and accepting of yourself and you're halfway there so the process will work! Always remember that you won't be the first here & you'll certainly not be the last here, so give yourself a healthy break 'cos you are not the only one! But then again, thank Goodness for that eh, because there's no better support & understanding than the feedback you'll receive from a willing and honest and brave recovering addict like you & I!
