They never EVER send over prescription requests to the pharmacy on time. Or they send over one medication and wait until 2 minutes before the pharmacy closes to send over the rest. I’ve tried to explain several times that I am looking after my terminally ill mother in another city, therefore I need more time to pick up my prescription. My preferences get ignored, and it is a frustrating process that I have to do every single week.

The best GP surgery I've been to- Dr Zeenat Mohammed was incredibly helpful and kind. She didn't make me feel rushed or uncomfortable asking all the questions I had. The receptionists are also kind and polite.

I've been a patient for more than 25 years. It's a fantastic practice and I'm extremely grateful we have it in Withington. The doctors are professional and caring. The Reception staff are polite and Knowledgeable. I've never had to wait more than a couple of days for an appointment. Emails replied to, text messages with updates, phone consultations are prompt. I've had appointments with the in house blood pressure and physio clinics, had my bloods taken- you name it. 5 stars.

I have been registered with the practise for a number of years. The BEST staff and service I have ever experienced. Dr Zeenat in particular is an absolute gem, she takes the time to listen, is attentive and extremely helpful, nothing is ever to much trouble. All the doctors I’ve come across at the practise are great and cannot be faulted. The reception team are super friendly, chatty and personable. Truly hit the jackpot here.

My third GP in the last 10 years, and the greatest so far. Extremely organized, friendly, and efficient.
For the first time in a very long time, I had the impression that the doctor actually took the time to hear about all of my concerns before determining which tests I should have.
I initially believed I was just lucky, but after returning twice for the tests, I saw a few instances where the practice manager and staff went above and beyond for their patients. In each case, they displayed incredible patience and professionalism.
I immediately made the decision to register my mother as well, and she shared my enthusiasm for this GP.

One of the best GP’s in Manchester! Friendly staff that call you back/pick up the phone, and you can book future appointments which a lot of surgeries no longer let you do. Thank you!

Very bad cooperative staff. Clinic policy is that end of day issue prescriptions even dr check patient in morning. They don’t care pain of patient.
