Ask to have appointment with dr for myself and two small children for antibiotics yet get given appointment with a “nurse” (two completely different jobs) and rather then listen to me she going on about my two year old being on asthma pumps making me feel like a bad mum yet my daughter has all symptoms just two young to be diagnosed with asthma she has been under paediatricians who also stated she has asthma just can’t diagnose as to young the nurse was telling me how giving her a blue pump is dangerous if not needed yet she needs it alongside with the pink and grey pump and medication every night for her breathing I asked for all our prescriptions be sent to the same chemist yet two got sent where I asked and she sent other one other side of town which is a joke as we all live in same house hold as I’m there mum I rung drs back the next day to ask if it’s safe for my daughter to be taking her pumps to be told they can’t tell me and call back Monday it’s a joke I’ve never had issue with the drs before until this nurse I suffer badly with mental health and heavy pregnant which I informed the receptionist who made it clean she wasn’t in on the appointment so couldn’t answer yet half way through our conversation starts stating the nurse done this and that and it’s fine so I had to remind her how she stated she wasn’t in our appointment so can’t comment I hope for the witham health center my daughter gets better and not back in hospital as I WILL be taking it further as it’s a joke. 19/12/24 ‘’’ 20/12/24

I and my Husband count myself lucky to be registered at this practice, the Staff from receptionists to Doctors are fantastic, very patient efficient and always professional.

The Receptionist think she’s a doctor and can refuse patients on what she thinks the doctor will say without knowing a patients personal health issues etc and then hangs the phone up when questioned over it. Very poor service from the get go the dr isn’t great either as refused medication for my 8 month olds chest infection and said it will just pass. 6 weeks went by with the same cough and multiple visits to the dr same response. Ended up in a&e.

Avoid and go somewhere else.

It's convenient they have a prescribing nurse, so you don't always need to book an appointment with a Doctor. I've usually been able to book an appointment on the same day after calling around 8am, though was in the queue for about 15 minutes. Nurse Joyrita Maring is very helpful. Thanks!

This practice caused a lot of pain and upset in the dealings of my mother’s death. Initially withholding the death certificate until the doctor came back from holiday, even though another doctor had seen her days before and could have signed it. And then, on her return, apparently deciding it wasn’t important enough to do that day despite us being promised it would be. We had to wait over a week before being able to start to move forward, and almost had to move the funeral date backward due to their careless and unempathetic attitude - a disgusting and disgraceful practice. Do not let your elderly relatives be treated here.

I recently changed to Dr Killy and I am so happy to have done so. With the retirement of Dr Chandralingham, my Dr for the last 17 years, the service from this surgery was abysmal. No time or care was forthcoming. Dr Killy is totally different. She cares about her patients. Wonderful.

Had a few niggles to begin with, Practice Manager wasn’t much help. I have no problems getting an appointment and as a worker, phone appointment really helpful. Don’t really get answers to health issues, directed to physios who are pretty useless and can’t seem to get a X-Ray. Probably because all GP’s don’t want to pay for things anymore. Anything you can buy they think you should buy over the counter, insoles included without a proper diagnosis.

Recently I saw Dr Francis and she was amazing. She was so caring , understanding and really helped me. The staff are always helpful and friendly , I've never had any issues with them. However, there is another female doctor who is very rude , condescending and uncaring and makes alot of mistakes ...complete opposites .. to the point I dread appointments with her.
