I had my first scan yesterday for my first pregnancy. The two ladies that did my appointment Saman and Shannon were absolutely brilliant. They could clearly see I was very nervous and quite emotional but they spoke me through everything and were very reassuring. They both made it a brilliant experience I will no doubt be returning for another scan.

I have been to this branch 4 times now during my first pregnancy. Each time the staff are very nice and friendly. Sonographers knowledgeable. Lovely environment. If they struggle to get good images from your scan they will ask you to go on a walk/drink then fit you back in. They always have some discounts on too. Would definitely recommend! 🙂

I have been for multiple scans here at window to womb and would highly recommend there not just a service but a support system I went through a major bleed during the beggining of my second trimester and straight away from walking through the door they were looking into it and discovered why which the NHS hadn’t even bothered to do as baby was okay in their eyes . I honestly couldn’t recommend them more . Would like to say a massive Thankyou to the whole team for really making me feel cared for and seeing my own baby as if it was their own and not just another pregnancy I will be back for a 4D in a month or so then will definitely be straight back to yous with my next children . We can’t Thankyou enough Toni , Charlie and our healthy baby girl ?

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Window to the Womb in Cramlington! We found out we’re having a baby boy, and the staff made it extra special by turning the lights in the room blue. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the sonographer Saman and chaperone Katie were incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to share in the joy of their gender reveal! 5 stars!

We went to Window to the womb Cramlington for a 4D scan at 30 weeks as we were so keen to see how our little girl is coming along. From arriving to the clinic the staff made us feel so welcome and the Sonographer and assistant were amazing, extremely knowledgeable, made sure we were happy with our scan before we left and made the whole experience personal to us. We previously used a different private clinic for gender and wellbeing scans which we were in and out within 5/10minutes and not near as good as this experience. At WTTW they spent as long as we needed as our babies cord was infront of her face so it took some time to get the perfect shot, nothing felt rushed or too much trouble. We are so happy with our experience and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone wanting a scan.

UPDATE

We went back for our 15 week gender reveal scan and the girls were just brilliant! They sorted out the canons and gave us a bear for the reveal for my husbands mam, and then when we realised it was a heartbeat bear they got us back in for another quick scan the next day so that we could have one too!! Honestly can’t praise these girls enough, thank you all sooooo much!

We went for our reassurance scan last night at 9 weeks and the girls were just honestly fantastic. Wendy, the manager, was so friendly and comforting after we'd told them we'd miscarried earlier in the year. The BEST service from start to finish, we can't thank you enough. Will definitely be going back for an early gender scan <3

I have had many scans during my pregnancy at window to the womb cramlington beginning my pregnancy journey with a 6 week scan, also including my gender scan (the canon was amazing at my gender reveal) each and every time I have had the most special and wonderful experience. The staff make the place what it is they are all spectacular, however I would love to give Katie a special mention, she has been there for all my scans except one during my whole pregnancy journey and I am so happy to see her when I arrive, she is so friendly and comforting and exactly what you need during pregnancy stresses and worries. I’d like to thank Katie and all the staff for their hard work making the place such a lovely stress free environment for all us pregnant mums ❤️

Absolutely fantastic service! Staff are friendly and welcoming, make you feel at ease. I had an amazing experience there today for a reassurance scan and can’t thank them enough! I will certainly be returning! Good value for what they offer - love the app also! Good quality videos and images, plenty to take away with you. I highly recommend them!
