Having booked in the morning, Dr Rina saw my son that same afternoon with a calf injury from playing football the night before. She put him at ease immediately, was friendly, thorough, clear and took plenty of time to make sure he (and I) understood what the injury was, what it meant and what was needed next. A seamless experience and great service. Highly recommended.

I was recommended to see Dr Tuckey last year by a friend and I am so happy I went ahead and booked an appointment. Over the last year the caring service I have received and the speed in which communication and appointments have been made have been nothing but exceptional. Dr Tuckey is highly knowledgeable in her field and put me at ease immediately. The aftercare and support is wonderful. I would highly recommend (and have) this surgery to anyone who would like to see doctors who are caring and have time for their patients.

I have seen Dr Tom for a variety of reasons now and each time he has made me feel completely at ease. Each appointment has lasted at least 20 minutes at minimum and he's been very thorough with his listening, questions and examinations. On one occasion I was referred for tests and had the answers all within 3 days. Dr Tom is so easy to talk to, he also helped my son with anxiety problems which is a huge relief for me as a parent.... I would say he has excellent expertise within this field.

This is a service I will be using many times over and have no hesitation recommending Winchester GP to new patients.

Very fast service however not professional as a private GP practice . Location within a sports centre , no dedicated reception team upon arrival . Waiting over 15 mins for reception who wear everyone active t-shirts and dealing with clients from the sports centre making me late for appointment .

The examination room was large with no windows however there was also no privacy screen between the examination couch and the door to the corridor. A private exam left me exposed to the corridor and clients of the sports centre as the GP had to leave the room to retrieve disposable gloves .

No prior history taken before the exam , felt like an NHS triage telephone call. Would not recommend . However GP and initial telephone receptionist very nice . Just didn’t seem a professional set up .

I’ve recently had the pleasure of referring one of my private patients to Dr Tom at Winchester GP. This was the first time I had referred to this excellent service and Cara dealt with the referral efficiently to ensure that my patient was seen before they had to leave the UK on business. The feedback I received was that Dr Tom was extremely caring, patient and professional and that the service was seamless from the point of booking in through to the end of the consultation. I chose to use Winchester GP as although my local doctor is fantastic, trying to obtain an appointment can be very difficult. I also wanted to feel that my concerns were being listened to without a clock rapidly ticking and a waiting room full of patients outside.

Dr Tom is exactly as other reviewers have described - how you would want the best GP to be. He took a genuine interest in me as a person and showed a great deal of caring and compassion. He was extremely patient and I felt that the advice that he gave me was best suited to my circumstances at the time. I left my appointment feeling so much better.

It was very easy to book an appointment and Gemma was also incredibly helpful.

I cannot recommend Winchester GP highly enough and would not hesitate to see Dr Tom again if necessary. One cannot put a price on good health and this service to me is money extremely well spent.

Saw Dr. Nirusa for a routine health screening - she was very patient and kind, giving a very clear overview of my blood results and what these meant. She was a reassuring presence! Results came back speedily and were communicated efficiently.
