Never had a problem here, except for a long wait!!!
If you go after 4 30pm it tends to be a lot quieter.
Staff are always helpful and polite.

Parking can be an issue due to it being located near busy shops.

Wouldn't even give it 1 star but no option of zero. Waited over 50 mins for a prescription from a fortnight ago and that was after waiting 30 mins before to pick it up but could not as I had to get to work. Only use this pharmacy if you like waiting. If you ring up and ask for it to be ready you're still waiting over 20 min

Always have to wait long periods of time. I try to go when doctors surgery next door is closed. Still have to wait for my pre ordered regular prescription to be made up, usually more than 20 minutes when the shop is empty. Why is this? Staff very pleasant and friendly but I'm fed up of having to wait so long every time I collect my drugs.

Absolute shambles of a pharmacy. In the last 12 months, 11 times I've been given the wrong items, short items, wrong information, lies and passing of blame. I get 6 items in 7 boxes, and every time I get 2 items in 2 boxes. Guess what, none of them know how to look at the 2nd page of my prescription. I've heard Lloyds are closing branches, this should be one of them. Useless is a bit of an understatement. The best thing you can do is to get your medication from somewhere else, especially if it's heart medication and you need it to keep living. Tossers

Apaulding service. They daudle about no rush in the staff what so ever - they might not realise other people have stuff to do other than waiting for a prescription for half an hour. The staff speak to you like your thick. Even the way they talk is slow. Went in gave them my name as my prescription was sent over electronically hours before I went to pick it up - you’d think hours later it should be ready. Waited 5 minutes - yes 5 minutes isn’t bad but I was needing to get back to work so I asked how long left as I need to go back to work the staff’s reply was it’s just getting ladeled up 15 minutes later 15!!! There was still no sign of my medication, no apologies for the wait or anything at this point I’m late for work so I then had to leave to go to work without my medication. I had to wait a total of 20 minutes, I’ve never had to wait that long in a pharmacy ever before. Do not recommend going to this pharmacy even if your life depended on it literally!! Shocked from the unurgency from Lloyd’s phamacy’s Staff. Never again.

As Rosie stated below, this Pharmacy is terrible. I have a repeat and should just walk in a collect when due, but no. Why do we have to wait 20-30 mins? THE ORDERS SHOULD BE READY.

1/3 times I go they have messed up the order or cannot fulfill the order. Why should I have to go back again?!!

I actually dread going in here now.

Always such a long wait for prescriptions. They are never ready to pick up even when they have been ordered several days before.... Always a queue in such a small shop.
