Reception staff always friendly and helpful.never have problems getting apts either ftf or tel.ok sometimes a long wait on phone but the practice has other patients besides me.

Trying to get an appointment is ridiculously difficult. The system they have in place is broken like the rest of the nhs and the doctor I eventually managed to speak to was very unhelpful and rude. Glad to know “it won’t kill me” and I need to find my own referral and call back and let the secretary know. Poor attitude if you are offered an appointment with Dr Iqra-Lareb Qamar might be best to pass. This was after 4 calls trying to get an answer on a letter they received from the hospital a month prior and over 90 phone calls to get through and 35 minutes stuck in phone queues.

Confrontational, Self Important, Work-shy Bureaucrats. If you have any alternative to this practice I suggest you take it for your own mental wellbeing. The staff at this practice are a direct contributor to the issue of people using A&E for general practice medical care.

I have received a text to say to call about blood test results. Got told I need to book an appointment to speak to the doctor, so to call at 8am when other people genuinely need appointments that day I just need to have a chat about the results. I can’t book appointments in advance or the earliest one is September. Not good enough

Extremely helpful, the staff are friendly, caring and kind, they will always go ' that extra mile' to help you. I have noticed that the receptionist are always patient with the most difficult of patients.
The doctors and nurses are amazing. I have been a patient for 44 years and have never had a reason to complain about my treatment by any member of staff . I feel that we are very lucky to have them.

Face to face appointment was made this morning for 4.45. It was brought forward by two hours. Dr Sharif was really really good and both husband and I were impressed with how thorough she was. Thank you

All my experiences at this practice have been positive. This week my husband has been ill, and we have received excellent care and attention. We all wish appointments could be booked in advance, but times are changing, and the staff are doing their best. Glad to use this surgery. Thank you.
