Would have been no stars at all. I called them 360 TIMES to get my husband seen as soon as possible. And when they did pick up I was hung up. I called and called over and over again until someone finally answered to get my husband seen.
Got there and the wait was awful, the receptionist is rude and the dr was useless I sat in there for a good minute and she didn’t even bother checking my husbands issue neither answered the questions we asked. Oh and the appointment you booked in for, you have 10 min to talk about what “THAT” issue is. You can’t talk about another problem - if so then you have to book another appointment…. I’m actually baffled when I seen this sign in their practice 😂
Changed my husband to my GP where they actually treat us with respect and decency.

DO NOT APPLY HERE. They have rude and racist staff members!!!! One ‘doctor’ took it upon herself to comment on the amount of arm hair i had making me feel very uncomfortable as she laughed at me.They never answer the phone, i have tried to make so many appointments at this practice however they WILL NOT answer. When i attend the practice in person, the receptionists are in there gossiping and act annoyed/standoffish when they have to do their job and serve you. I am currently changing GP as I am made to feel uncomfortable/scared asking for help at this practice. I would give -5 stars if possible.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this medical center. I tried to call to schedule an appointment, and the level of rudeness I encountered was unacceptable. The receptionist was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional, making me feel like my concerns were not valued at all. Instead of helping me, they outright denied my appointment saying they full with appointments without any explanation. Since 8:45Am i was keep on calling them i got answered at 10Am. This kind of behavior is not only frustrating but also reflects poorly on the entire establishment. I would not recommend this medical center to anyone seeking care or support.

Really satisfied with DR Khans care and attention at my consultation treated with respect and dignity and listened too carefully- i recommend the practice and especially this GP. I have been suffering for some tome and he is the answer to my prayers.

They don't answer the phone and when they do they are EXTREMELY rude. I have had too many bad experiences with the reception staff, it's ridiculous how bad they treat people when they are vulnerable (ill or concern).

They have great service here. The ladies who help you here are absolute angels. Whether it's through the phone or in person, the service is excellent. This is the GP of choice.

Horrendous services. Very irreverent and people on reception argues with you when you ask for emergency appointment. You have to wait for 3 weeks to get a medical appointment and they don't care even if it's an emergency gynaec case. It feels like their main objective is to just so 'No' to the patients in every case. No empathy towards patients, very rude, feels like a butcher house rather than a GP service
