My 90 year old mother waa due to ha e a catheter removed on 28.9.23. The district nurse from The Willows did not turn up. Did not call. We had to chase and they said that they will be coming a week later as they have no capacity. No apology. No care for the patients discomfort.
I am disgusted. Unprofessional. uncaring

I was book on 4/09/15 at 10:45 to make the BCG immunisation for my 12 week baby and we wait till 11:15 to get in.
When we was there Ms/Mrs A. Khaliq after a speech of 2 minutes about the BCG she want to make the vaccine with a syringe lefted on the table, already prepare before we get in. When she try to make the vaccine I stop her on reason that she should open the syringe in front of me to show me that is brand new. She was very disturb because I ask her, answer me that " I don`t have time to prepare the vaccine in front of you because we are busy and don`t be worry we have plenty of syringe, this is UK, maybe in your country do it because of this but here we have plenty, I have a school so don`t be worry I know what to do, I had parents that they ask for available of the product and she can understand but nobody ask for opening a syringe in front of them, here in UK we don't do this!"

FIRST! I COME FROM A EU COUNTRY AND WE ALSO HAVE PLENTY AND WE ALSO MAKE SCHOOL AND WE ALSO KNOW WHAT WE DOING! THIS IS JUST DESCRIMINATION!

Most of this, wherever I go in this world even for a blood test where they pinch you, they open the needle in front of you! Anywhere you go and they use something to stung you they use brand new open in front of you, maybe somebody should tell to Ms/Mrs A. KHALIQ this!

She said that she have to waste now a syringe (but if you have PLENTY IN UK way you worry of wastage?) even so before we left she said that she will keep it for the next child......so no wastage?

What about the gloves? the clinic don`t have anymore or they are worry about wastage? because I
We talking about our children's, about next generations we should be more carefully, they are more sensitives than an adult!
haven`t see them.

For the Clinic Management, Do you check all this things? Is it normal? This is how a EU country UK should do?

First we are all humans with wrights and we should be threaten the same wherever you go, European country or not!

Stop DISCRIMANTION!
