I’ve been a patient at this surgery for a number of years and every interaction I have with the staff there is excellent. Receptionists are extremely efficient and respectful, the surgery is spotless and I have never really had a problem getting an appointment. I have had frequent dealings with nurse Carol, both Dr Kumar Snr and Jnr, and Dr Ghazi. All have been exceptional. I have zero qualms in entrusting this surgery with the wellbeing of me and my family.

All the staff are great. One of the receptionists called me to rearrange my appointment time to the earliest slot when she saw I had to fast before a blood test, which I thought was really considerate. Dr Kumar and nurse Carol are always excellent, and I always get really speedy replies and appointments after I make an online request. I have particularly been impressed since having children as they are very well taken care of.

I have been with Willow House Surgery for at least 30 years. My most recent visit today reaffirms that I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I have never had a problem with any of the Doctors or the Reception Staff who do such a great job, basically if they can help you they will. This Practice has seen me through a lot over the years and I think they do a marvellous job. It's clean, efficiently run and I highly recommend it.

The doctors and reception staff are all wonderful. I had to move from another local surgery because I was fed up of not being able to get appointments easily. Since moving to Willow, it has been a totally different experience. The staff go out of their way and are a credit to the NHS.

I saw Dr Kumar regarding a black line on my nail with the suspicion that it might be subungal melanoma as it was on my nail for over a year. Dr Kumar told me to come back in 6 weeks as he needed to discuss it with his colleagues. I come back and he proceeds to look on Google in front of my face, clearly proving he didn’t even talk to his colleagues once about it. Then he proceeded to say it’s Melonychia, which for one usually affects multiples nails and two doesn’t grow at all in width. Obviously frustrated I tell him that I can literally see you looking on google, and he says well it isn’t my job to know. Which fair enough I don’t expect a GP to know everything, but to lie and make me wait for another appointment whilst I anxiously wait is terrible. I moved to leeds for university and as soon as I went to a GP they instantly referred me to a dermatologist realising that it isn’t normal. Found out it is actually skin cancer and then had surgery to complete remove my nail. The lack of urgency and lies is unbelievable, especially when GP’s are meant to be the first point of contact . How this man still his a job is beyond me and I can see many other terrible reviews about him. And the surgery doesn’t even acknowledge them ? Absolute disgrace and he and the surgery should be ashamed for not taking action against him. The receptionist is lovely and I can’t speak on the other doctors as I haven’t seen them, but I assume they are also lovely people as I can see other reviews about them and non of which are bad. Sort yourselfs out, this is peoples lives and a misdiagnosis can be fatal. Absolutely disgusting behaviour

I have never been a fan of going to the dentist but I have been attending the Willow House dental practise for the last few years now, for the simple reason of receiving a polite and professional service. This is the first time I met with Bhavic for treatment and its great to see the attention to detail spans all dentists in the surgery. Keep up the good work!
