Some staff put snippets about their clients/Service users on their own fb and other social media accounts without the service users agreement.

Some staff even pick on / take the mick out of those who may have limited mental impairments.
Some carers can't be trusted and bosses do not care what their staff do.

Definitely one of those companies that get employees to write a positive review to counteract what it's really like working for them or being a service user (why on earth would anyone move from Oxfordshire to deepest, darkest Grimsby in the 21st century as its a dump.

I have my sister with this care company don't get me wrong some of the girls are lovely. But the office staff are absolutely rubbish. You phone up no one answers the phone, then it cuts out. You email them they don't email back. For a company how they treat you is disgusting they are called willow care they don't care for the people at all or the family's. How is it acceptable for a carer to go at 11 or 12 clock to get someone up who as been in bed from the 9 clock the night before absolutely disgusting. We got given this company as the keelby care team closed down what a shame that is. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Loved my job as a sitter/shopper/domestic, loved meeting all service users and spending time with them and getting to know them as had regular ones every day, office was good only a few issues when ringing up with a problem and not answering the phone but soon sorted it out, sad to have left but moved back to Oxford, and if I ever moved back would phone up and go back

The most unbelievable company I’ve ever known, They do so many things that are illegal, They do not care about your own health, mental health, no team work by the office people. Shocking communication skills.. They do not care if you’re out past 11 O’clock by yourself walking the streets to complete the unachievable tasks they’ve given you. They are also bully’s with no dignity.

DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES IN THE CARE OF THIS COMPANY, THE CARERS LIE, THE OFFICE STAFF LIE, TIME CRITICAL MEDICATION NEVER GETS ADMINISTERED. FLUIDS AND NUTRITION IS NEVER MAINTAINED. IF YOU WANT YOUR LOVED ONES TO BE NEGLECTED THEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING COMPANY! CQC NEED TO CLOSE THIS COMPANY DOWN!!!!!!!
